Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership hiring, executive search, or strategic recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and executive hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and professional networking tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Ability to manage multiple leadership mandates simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Strong industry network and relationship-building capability.
  • Experience in retained search or executive search firms.
  • Analytical mindset with talent market intelligence skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and executive-level positions.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand strategic hiring requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality leadership talent.
  • Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of senior professionals and industry leaders.
  • Manage candidate assessment, interview coordination, negotiation, and offer closure.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  •  Collaborate with external search firms and recruitment partners when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling executive searches.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
