Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation or business development
- Familiarity with CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and tracking activities
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent verbal communication abilities in English
- Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service environments
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
- Prior experience in marketing or business development roles that involved prospecting and lead qualification
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing strategies to generate quality leads
- Engage with potential customers through warm calling techniques, building rapport and understanding their needs
- Qualify leads by assessing their requirements and interest levels to ensure alignment with our solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up activities that advance the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively present our offerings and address client questions
- Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
