Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing contacts and tracking activities
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent verbal communication abilities in English
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service environments
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting
  • Prior experience in marketing or business development roles that involved prospecting and lead qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted marketing strategies to generate quality leads
  • Engage with potential customers through warm calling techniques, building rapport and understanding their needs
  • Qualify leads by assessing their requirements and interest levels to ensure alignment with our solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or follow-up activities that advance the sales pipeline
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively present our offerings and address client questions
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
