Law Firm Intake Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong leadership and accountability mindset—you’re comfortable having hard conversations
- Data-driven thinker who knows how to use metrics to manage performance
- Highly organized and process-oriented
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (legal or intake experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and develop others
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/Litify preferred)
- Familiarity with EOS and running L10 meetings is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and coach the Case Evaluation Team to hit and exceed performance goals
- Own and track KPIs, including sign-up rate, speed-to-lead, follow-up compliance, and activity levels
- Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards (Salesforce/Litify) to drive data-backed decisions
- Oversee and optimize Speed.ai and lead response systems to ensure rapid engagement
- Run weekly EOS Level 10 (L10) meetings and maintain team accountability
- Identify performance gaps and proactively coach team members to improve
- Continuously improve intake processes, scripts, and client experience
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and team development
