Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree in Landscaping Architecture or a related field.
  • 4 – 7 years relevant work experience in landscape architecture, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
  • MS Office, Auto CAD 2D, Sketchup, Revit/BIM, Photoshop and 3D Applications, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, environmental sustainability, and construction techniques.
  • Flexibility in order to adapt to varying and changing demands.
  • Sound knowledge with civil infrastructure projects is a must (roads, utilities, landscape, etc.)
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and maintenance standards
  • Experience working with design projects including urban parks, residential areas, and commercial spaces

RESPONSIBILITES

Design Leadership

  • Lead the planning, design, and development of landscape architecture projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and public realm developments.
  • Prepare and review conceptual designs, master plans, detailed drawings, and 2D/3D visualizations using industry-standard design software.
  • Ensure all designs are creative, functional, sustainable, and aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.

Sustainability & Innovation

  • Incorporate sustainable design principles, water-efficient systems, native planting strategies, and environmentally responsible materials.
  • Stay informed of emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support junior designers and landscape architects, promoting professional growth and design excellence.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including urban planners, civil engineers, architects, and environmental consultants.

Client Management

  • Present design concepts and project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address client feedback effectively and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant local regulations, planning requirements, environmental standards, and building codes.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation required for approvals, permits, and authority submissions.
