Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Background or exposure to the food & beverage or flavour industry.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and assess customer needs.
  • Science-related academic background (e.g., Chemistry or Food Science).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support sales execution by identifying opportunities and driving customer acquisition across the GCC.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Drive business development by generating leads and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers to learn account management and commercial negotiations.
  • Coordinate customer projects by following up on briefs and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events while monitoring market trends.
  • Support technical and sensory activities by collaborating with internal specialists on flavour solutions.
