RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing training sessions.
  • Maintain training records, attendance data, and reports.
  • Coordinate with trainers, management, and participants for smooth training execution.
  • Prepare basic training materials and presentations when required.
  • Collect feedback from trainers, trainees, and clients post training.
  • Support in updating and improving training content.
  • Research new learning methods and share ideas for continuous improvement.
