REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Preferred
  • Previous internship experience in sales or marketing.
  • Familiarity with international markets and export processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify new international business opportunities, industry trends, and potential target markets.
• Assist in competitor analysis and prepare research reports for the sales & marketing team.
• Maintain and update customer files and records in an organized manner.
• Communicate with international clients via email for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
• Assist in preparing and sending marketing materials and product information to customers.
• Support the senior export and sales team in research and development activities.
• Compile and analyze data for sales reports, client insights, and business growth strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for export processes.
• Ensure all export-related customer data is accurate and up to date.
