JOB DETAILS
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination).
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment (administrative, customer service, data entry, or recruitment-related roles).
- Proficiency in using job search platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) and basic document editing tools (Microsoft Word or Google Docs).
- Strong command of the English language with the ability to craft professional CVs, resumes, and statements of purpose (SOP).
- High level of competence in navigating the internet to find and verify credible international job postings.
- Ability to tailor documents specifically to job descriptions without errors.
- A disciplined work ethic to meet the daily requirement of 10 applications per client from Monday to Saturday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Research:
- Staff will conduct monthly research on international job opportunities.
- Reviewing job lists provided by the company
- Researching additional relevant opportunities
- Submitting verified job links and employer information to management
CV/Resume Optimisation:
- Create and modify client CVs and resumes
- Optimize statements of purpose, objectives, and professional profiles
- Tailor each document specifically to match the job requirements
- Ensure all documents are professional, attractive, and competitive
Job Search Profile Optimisation:
- Create and optimize clients’ profiles on job search platforms
- Ensure profiles are fully completed, professional, and optimised.
- Modify profiles to increase visibility to international employers
