Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technology concepts.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients, showcasing the ability to manage complex sales cycles effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the IT sector, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand competitive landscape and tailor sales strategies to meet specific client needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase IT solutions and articulate their value to potential customers.
  • Manage existing customer accounts and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers to understand upcoming projects and technology roadmaps.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, BOMs, and solution presentations.
  • Participate in RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to obtain pricing and technical information.
  • Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining profitability targets.
  • Promote and sell enterprise technology solutions.
  • Understand customer business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop winning solutions.
