REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment within the IT sector
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to influence candidate decisions and client expectations
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Salesforce, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like Kronos or ADP is a plus
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
• Ability to conduct effective interviewing sessions that evaluate both technical expertise and soft skills
• Experience in HR sourcing techniques including social media management and cold calling for lead generation
• Demonstrated ability in talent management, employee relations, employee evaluation, and succession planning

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and attract top IT talent through active sourcing strategies including social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) such as iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals while maintaining high standards of candidate evaluation
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create targeted lead generation campaigns
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies
