Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in international sales, export sales, or business development
  • Knowledge of international trade procedures and export documentation is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent sales and relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of global markets and cultural awareness
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors
  • Promote company products and services to international customers
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients
  • Achieve monthly and annual international sales targets
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
  • Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer support teams for timely delivery
  • Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade policies
