Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

1. UAE experience in interior fit-out is required.
2. Proven experience as a Fit-Out Foreman / Site Foreman.
3. Good knowledge of interior fit-out works, including carpentry, joinery, gypsum, masonry, painting, flooring, and finishing works.
4. Able to read and understand basic drawings and measurements.
5. Able to effectively manage and coordinate manpower.
6. Strong knowledge of site work sequence and coordination between different trades.
7. Hands-on, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills.
9. Willing to work on different project sites within the UAE.

RESPONSIBILITES

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and manpower.
2. Manage and assign tasks to carpenters, masons, painters, helpers, and other site workers.
3. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and site requirements.
4. Monitor the quality and progress of fit-out works.
5. Coordinate with the Project Manager and site team regarding daily requirements.
6. Check measurements, levels, alignment, and finishing quality.
7. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on site.
8. Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available for daily works.
9. Identify and report site issues, delays, or material requirements to the Project Manager.
10. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices on site.
11. Monitor workers’ attendance and daily productivity.
12. Assist with inspections and rectification works when required.
13. Ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
14. Support the Project Manager in completing works within the required schedule.
