REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Displays a strong understanding of construction safety regulations and practices, with a commitment to safety.
• Shows a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrates physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift heavy objects.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Manage and track project progress against the schedule, proactively identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including labor hours, materials used, and any incidents or accidents, and submit regular reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring smooth operations, and be available on call for emergencies.
• Oversee the quality of workmanship, ensuring all tasks meet the required standards and specifications, and promptly address any defects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing timely updates and proactively resolving any conflicts or issues.
• Conduct regular site meetings to communicate project updates, address concerns, and ensure clear understanding of tasks and expectations.
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections and immediately addressing any hazards or violations.
• Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources, including materials, tools, and equipment, minimizing waste and optimizing project costs.
• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled workers, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
