Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales, or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for phone calls
• Computer with a working headset
• Authorized to work in the United States

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from consumers who have requested life insurance information
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments to identify appropriate coverage
• Present policy options and provide quotes using our internal software
• Complete electronic applications with clients
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Participate in scheduled team meetings, daily coaching, and training sessions
• Meet standard performance benchmarks set by sales leadership
