Inside Sales Representative
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales, or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for phone calls
- Computer with a working headset
- Authorized to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from consumers who have requested life insurance information
- Conduct phone-based needs assessments to identify appropriate coverage
- Present policy options and provide quotes using our internal software
- Complete electronic applications with clients
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Participate in scheduled team meetings, daily coaching, and training sessions
- Meet standard performance benchmarks set by sales leadership
