REQUIREMENTS
- A natural people-person who builds rapport quickly
- Clear, confident, and friendly on the phone
- Detail-oriented with paperwork and digital files
- Tech-comfortable (CRM systems, email, scheduling tools — or quick to learn)
- Organized and able to manage multiple inquiries at once
- Great at follow-up and keeping conversations warm
- Self-motivated; you don’t need hand-holding
- A little spunky — extra points if you bring personality and positivity to the role
- Experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all inbound inquiries via phone, email, online requests, and walk-ins
- Build genuine relationships with prospective tenants and guide them through options
- Schedule and conduct office tours (virtual or in-person)
- Document all communication, notes, and next steps in our CRM or tracking system
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Follow up with warm leads and keep the pipeline moving (no cold calling — ever!)
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure move-ins go smoothly
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming vibe for anyone contacting or visiting TKO SuiteWork independently and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision
- Jump in to help with small admin or customer service tasks as needed
