REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client-facing roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana (or similar)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and drive outcomes
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and proactive communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Alignment with company values and ability to represent the brand professionally
RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding & Account Management
- Onboard up to 10 advertisers per month, including intake, scheduling interviews (as needed), and coordinating with internal strategy and production teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for advertisers, managing all communication related to strategy, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure a smooth client experience.
Campaign Execution
- Ensure all sponsor requirements are received, approved, and delivered on time, including agreements, payments, and creative assets.
- Maintain consistent communication with advertisers on deadlines and expectations.
- Lead monthly client meetings to review progress and align on next steps.
Retention & Satisfaction
- Maintain a customer retention rate above 75% through renewals and account growth.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience, achieving an average satisfaction score of 9/10 (4.5/5).
- Respond to client communications within 3 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
