REQUIREMENTS
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs effectively
- Proven ability to upsell products or services in a courteous manner
- Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Adaptability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner via phone and online channels
- Accurately input and update data within our CRM system, ensuring high levels of data integrity
- Assist customers with their requests, providing clear information about products and services
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions
- Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyse customer feedback and call patterns to contribute to process improvements
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish, as required
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
