REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer needs effectively
  • Proven ability to upsell products or services in a courteous manner
  • Organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Adaptability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner via phone and online channels
  • Accurately input and update data within our CRM system, ensuring high levels of data integrity
  • Assist customers with their requests, providing clear information about products and services
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during customer interactions
  • Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Analyse customer feedback and call patterns to contribute to process improvements
  • Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish, as required
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
