Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, preferred
- 2+ years relevant Freight Forwarding, logistics, transportation, or domestic distribution experience, preferred
- Microsoft Suite experience, preferred
- Cargowise software experience, preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate inbound shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and customers, including domestic operations
- Track shipments from departure through final delivery and maintain accurate records in the internal systems
- Proactively resolve logistics and transportation issues with a strong customer-focused approach
- Communicate shipment status, updates, delays, and ETAs to customers to ensure full visibility and satisfaction
- Create and monitor exception reports in a timely and consistent manner
- Collect required documentation, verify charges, and support billing accuracy
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and basic import regulations
