Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Native-level English proficiency (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS
• Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural backgrounds

Preferred

• Teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver IELTS preparation classes for both Academic and General Training modules
• Teach all four core modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Assess students’ language proficiency and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance to track progress
• Support students with specific exam techniques, strategies, and time management skills
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with IELTS standards
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
• Provide individualized support to help students achieve their target band scores
