REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy finding problems
• Comfortable using AI tools
• Fast learner

• Reliable internet connection
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, Slack, or similar tools is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Quality

• Test new HypeOS features before release
• Try to break workflows and report bugs
• Record Loom videos explaining issues
• Verify bug fixes after developers complete them
• Test desktop and mobile experiences
• Maintain QA checklists

Operations

• Monitor HypeOS dashboards
• Verify AI-generated tasks are accurate
• Organize internal documentation
• Improve SOPs
• Review project status
• Keep internal workflows organized

AI

• Test our AI agents
• Verify outputs meet quality standards
• Suggest workflow improvements
• Help train and improve internal AI systems

Documentation

• Create step-by-step SOPs
• Update internal knowledge base
• Document bugs and solutions
• Maintain process documentation
