Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and employment & labor law compliance
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft for data collection and reporting
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Taleo for recruiting activities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and manage employee relations
• Demonstrated ability in project management, organization design, and change management initiatives
• Familiarity with benefits administration tools including Paychex, Paylocity or Ceridian for payroll processing and benefits setup
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities efficiently

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with talent acquisition efforts by managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding processes such as employee orientation and training programs
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers’ compensation claims, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing using HRIS platforms like Workday, UltiPro, or ADP
• Support compliance initiatives by maintaining records related to employment law (FMLA, OSHA), affirmative action planning, and OSHA regulations
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts through effective communication skills, and supporting performance management and employee evaluation processes
• Coordinate workforce management activities such as scheduling using Kronos or Dayforce systems, and assist with project management tasks related to organizational design and change management initiatives
• Collect data for HR analytics reports on staffing trends, turnover rates, and training effectiveness to inform strategic planning efforts
• Support HR sourcing efforts through social media management and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
