Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to explain things clearly and professionally
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Customer-service mindset with a focus on helping and supporting others
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-state environments is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, processes, and basic benefits
  • Process employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, job changes, and terminations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems
  • Assist with leave of absence tracking and documentation
  • Support compliance efforts, audits, and reporting as needed
  • Identify trends, recurring questions, and opportunities to improve HR processes
