Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in HR or MBA
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
  • Experience in a similar industry

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, and retention
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
  • Assess training needs and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure they are up to date
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and employee records
