JOB DETAILS


REQUIREMENTS

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– At least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE, with strong exposure to recruitment, payroll coordination, and visa/labor card processing.
– Solid knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE procedures, and HRMS systems
– Proficient in HR reporting, documentation, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Managing job postings, screening candidates, and handling new hire onboarding.
– Maintaining employee records, tracking leaves, and ensuring labor law compliance.
– Processing monthly attendance data and coordinating employee insurance and compensation.
– Overseeing facility maintenance, managing supplies, and handling general administrative support.
