REQUIREMENTS
* Experience in IT support or a similar technical role
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office and basic networking
* Experience using service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SysAid)
* Excellent communication, problem solving and customer service skills
* Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond to IT support requests across hardware, software, systems and networks
* Install, configure and update IT equipment, applications and tools
* Assist with IT projects such as upgrades, migrations and backups
* Maintain accurate documentation, inventory and system performance records
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues
