Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Proven experience working with B2B SaaS clients
  • Experience leading or mentoring paid media teams
  • Deep expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Strong skills in CRO and landing page optimization
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and large advertising budgets
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign execution
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to work full-time with core overlap in US Eastern Time (approx. 7am-3pm ET)

Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows or internal automation tools
  • Experience helping agencies scale their delivery operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple B2B SaaS client accounts
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive performance and ROI
  • Oversee conversion tracking, attribution, and lead quality analysis
  • Lead client communication, presenting results and strategic recommendations confidently
  • Mentor and guide junior media buyers while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution
  • Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks to improve delivery quality
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively solve performance bottlenecks
  • Utilize AI tools to build and improve workflows and automation
