REQUIREMENTS

· 7+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in luxury, hospitality, or high-end lifestyle sectors

· Proven full-funnel expertise across brand positioning, digital acquisition, content strategy, PR, and events

· Experience managing marketing teams (both in-house and remote)

· Experience managing external agencies and marketing budgets

· Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing technology

· Demonstrated ability to balance brand equity with measurable performance outcomes

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Define and lead brand positioning across aviation, yachts, properties, travel, and concierge

· Own full-funnel marketing strategy: brand, digital acquisition, content strategy, PR, and events

· Develop and maintain a cohesive luxury brand identity across all channels and regions

· Drive qualified acquisition while protecting brand equity

· Oversee content direction across digital, editorial, and social platforms

· Lead PR strategy including media relations, partnerships, and brand visibility initiatives

· Conceptualize and oversee high-end events aligned with brand positioning

· Manage and mentor in-house and remote marketing teams

· Manage agency relationships, budgets, and performance expectations

· Implement and optimise CRM and marketing tools to support retention and client lifecycle marketing

· Present brand strategy, performance insights, and growth plans to leadership
