Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven finance leadership experience within a fast-growing digital, e-commerce, or performance marketing business
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume, multi-currency cash flows and cross-border payments (USD, GBP, AED)
• Experience managing external bookkeeping or accounting firms
• Proficiency with modern financial stacks, including Xero and Wise

Preferred

• Previous exposure to UAE corporate structures, specifically DMCC entities
• Understanding of the regulatory and tax environment in the UAE
• Experience managing the financial wind-down or closure of international entities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily high-volume, multi-currency cash cycles and ensure seamless funding for corporate ad spend
• Lead the transition and overhaul of payment infrastructure from legacy setups to UAE-native solutions
• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities, including DMCC, Acquisity, and AI Broker
• Manage external bookkeeping partners to ensure accurate and timely records in Xero
• Diagnose business unit profitability and provide actionable insights into income versus expenditure gaps
• Deliver distilled, pragmatic executive reporting focused on cash position, profitability, and operational risks
