Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant degree.
• Demonstrates at least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the building materials industry.
• Experience in the building materials industry is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of product types and applications.
• Requires proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and other relevant sales tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively engage with walk-in customers and phone inquiries to understand their building material needs, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, and invoices, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with company policies.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and proactively seeking opportunities for repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and quotations, converting them into sales and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
