Group Performance Management Lead
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience spanning both commercial operations and people management
- Proven track record in a group, holding company, portfolio, or multi-entity environment
- Experience working closely with a CEO/CFO office, Chief of Staff, or group strategy function
- Ability to build and run cross-functional performance frameworks beyond simple departmental KPIs
- Experience tracking the performance and delivery of acquired or invested companies post-close
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Commercially driven mindset with the ability to synthesize finance, people, and commercial data
- Ability to communicate difficult truths to leadership in a constructive and actionable manner
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain a holistic performance view across all group entities, including business units, acquisitions, and functions
- Track post-acquisition delivery to ensure acquired companies meet integration, revenue, and product targets
- Identify whether business units are successfully integrating into the group or operating in isolation
- Diagnose organizational issues across people, management, structure, or embedment and surface them to leadership
- Track synergies and collaboration gaps across group entities to identify redundancies
- Conduct regular cross-level conversations to build a comprehensive organizational picture
- Act as an early warning system to flag potential crises before they escalate
- Provide actionable findings to leadership to inform strategy, structure, and resource decisions
