REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer supporting business marketing initiatives and proposal materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear visuals
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop marketing and business development materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics and digital assets.
• Support proposal development by creating compliant, visually compelling graphics for proposals, and capturing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and proposal teams to ensure branding and messaging alignment.
• Ensure all material comply with corporate branding standards and customer requirements.
• Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines on an as-needed basis.
