Golf Travel Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years of experience booking golf travel or group travel professionally
– Existing relationships with golf courses, resorts, or hotels — especially in Scotland, Ireland, Pinehurst, Pebble Beach, Scottsdale, Myrtle Beach, or other premier golf destinations
– Deep knowledge of golf — you should speak knowledgeably about course difficulty, links vs parkland, caddie culture, and what makes a great group trip
– Experience coordinating group logistics for 8 or more travelers
– Comfortable working independently and managing multiple trips simultaneously
– Strong communication skills
– ASTA or IATAN accreditation is a plus but not required
– Genuine passion for golf and golf travel
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Receive and manage warm booking inquiries from clients who have used our AI trip planner
– Contact golf courses, hotels, airlines, and local operators directly on behalf of clients
– Negotiate group rates and secure tee times, hotel blocks, and flights
– Coordinate all logistics for group trips from 4 to 40+ players
– Book dining reservations, excursions, transfers, and all other trip components
– Serve as the single point of contact for clients from planning through post-trip
– Provide support for clients during their trips
– Build direct relationships with golf courses and hotels to unlock better rates over time
– Work with affiliate partners including Booking.com, GolfNow, Viator, and Allianz Travel Insurance
