Remote Financial Services Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Life & Health Insurance License, or ability to obtain before working with clients
- Nursing (RN/NP), healthcare, case management, or patient education background preferred but not required
- Insurance sales or client-facing financial services experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills in virtual settings
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and online scheduling tools
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working remotely
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct remote consultations to assess client protection needs
- Educate clients on life insurance products, including Term, Whole Life, and Indexed Universal Life, in accordance with licensing and company compliance standards
- Provide general education on college funding and retirement planning topics within the scope of the role and applicable licensing requirements
- Mantain accurate records and follow company policies and regulatory requirements
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and ongoing service
- Participate in training, team meetings, and virtual client appointments
