Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Tech-savvy with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management software
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership

RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Assistant Support

  • Manage calendar, inbox, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Coordinate meetings, priorities, and deadlines
  • Act as a point of contact between leadership, stakeholders, and contractors

Operations & Business Management

  • Oversee daily operational workflows
  • Create, document, and improve SOPs and processes
  • Track tasks, projects, and KPIs
  • Manage CRM, databases, and internal systems
  • Coordinate contractors, service providers, and team members
  • Experience working remotely in a support or operations capacity
