REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Tech-savvy with tools such as Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management software
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage calendar, inbox, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, priorities, and deadlines
- Act as a point of contact between leadership, stakeholders, and contractors
Operations & Business Management
- Oversee daily operational workflows
- Create, document, and improve SOPs and processes
- Track tasks, projects, and KPIs
- Manage CRM, databases, and internal systems
- Coordinate contractors, service providers, and team members
- Experience working remotely in a support or operations capacity
