Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Qualified CA or ACCA
Minimum 5+ years PQE
Experience in CFO, Finance Controller, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Leadership roles
Strong understanding of financial reporting, FP&A, and cash flow management
Experience working with SMEs, growth-stage businesses, or family-owned enterprises
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Experience supporting fundraising, banking relationships, or strategic transactions is highly desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as Fractional CFO for multiple client engagements
Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and board presentations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
Establish financial controls and reporting frameworks
Support fundraising, debt financing, and investor relations activities
Develop KPI tracking and performance monitoring systems
Improve financial planning and business decision-making processes
Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and integration projects
Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and external advisors
