Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or membership in a professional accounting body.
• Experience: 3–5 years in business finance or a related role within the payments industry, including hands-on experience managing digital currencies or virtual assets.
• Expertise in: Cash management, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong command of Excel and familiarity with data tools like Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and communicate effectively with executive level stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and implement processes that ensure strong operational cash flow.
• Prepare profit and loss reports across customers, business segments, and markets.
• Support pricing model development and profitability analysis.
• Generate regular fund movement and cash flow reports for executive review.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners, providers, and financial institutions.
• Manage daily treasury activities, including foreign exchange and digital currency transactions.
• Ensure all balances and reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
• Lead initiatives to automate treasury operations and improve financial reporting.
• Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Execute digital and wire transfers efficiently and securely.
• Evaluate and recommend new banking products and financial services.
• Support audit processes and respond to internal or external audit requests
