Field Sales Executive

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

– Proven experience in sales (experience in floral, retail, hospitality, or event industry preferred)
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
– Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends, holidays, peak event seasons and double shifts)
– Valid driver’s license
– Male Arabic speaker preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements
– Identify and approach potential clients (corporates, wedding planners, hotels, event venues, etc.)
– Promote bouquets, arrangements, event décor packages, and customized services
– Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries
– Coordinate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment
– Support the team during events
– Build long-term relationships with corporate and repeat customers
– Achieve monthly sales targets
