Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company
  • Understand client requirements and present relevant services
  • Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
  • Convert leads into scheduled meetings for the Business Development team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
