Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in telesales / telecalling / inside sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company
- Understand client requirements and present relevant services
- Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
- Convert leads into scheduled meetings for the Business Development team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover
