REQUIREMENTS

– Male, Indian nationals, 45 years old or below.
– Minimum 8 years of experience in joinery manufacturing and interior fit-out factory operations.
– Strong expertise in joinery materials, furniture, cabinetry, doors, and wall panelling.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of woodworking machinery and CNC operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Oversee all aspects of managing joinery and fit-out factory operations, ensuring high-quality production, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
– Leads teams, coordinates with project stakeholders, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
– Read, review, and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications accurately.
– Oversee inventory management of lumber, hardware, tools, and consumables.
