REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in facade project management within the construction industry.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with building envelope systems and an understanding of materials and structural performance are critical.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the design and implementation of facade systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate facade elements seamlessly into overall building design.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, mitigating risks and ensuring timely delivery of facade components.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of facade installations, addressing any issues promptly.
