Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a luxury or premium upscale 5-star hotel, preferably in Executive Lounge, Front Office, Guest Relations, or Food & Beverage.
  • Previous experience within a Marriott hotel is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest engagement.
  • Professional appearance and grooming in accordance with Marriott standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS; familiarity with Marriott systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome Marriott Bonvoy Elite members, Executive Lounge guests, and VIPs with genuine warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage Executive Lounge check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Deliver personalized service by recognizing guest preferences and anticipating individual needs.
  • Ensure exceptional execution of breakfast, afternoon refreshments and cocktail hours, in accordance with Marriott Brand Standards.
  • Maintain the Executive Lounge to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance at all times.
  • Build strong relationships with guests to create memorable and personalized experiences.
  • Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare VIP amenities, special room arrangements, and guest preference requests prior to arrival.
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all guests, particularly Marriott Bonvoy Elite members and VIP guests.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott Brand Standards, Luxury Quality Assurance (LQA) standards (where applicable), and hotel operating procedures.
  • Complete shift handovers, reports, and guest preference updates accurately using Opera PMS and Marriott systems.
