Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• High school education or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Excavator Operator License/Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating excavators, preferably in the ready-mix concrete, construction, or infrastructure industry.
• Good knowledge of excavation techniques and equipment safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand site instructions and safety guidelines.
• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, grading, and site preparation activities.
• Perform daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical defects or maintenance requirements.
• Excavate trenches, foundations, and drainage channels according to project specifications.
• Load and unload materials such as sand, aggregates, soil, and debris.
• Maintain proper equipment records, inspection checklists, and fuel consumption logs.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE health and safety regulations.
• Keep the excavator clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with minor maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Avoid damage to underground utilities, structures, and surrounding property during operations.
• Support plant and site operations as required.
