European Sales Manager

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field

Proven experience in luxury and sports car dealerships

Age not exceeding 40 years

Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills

Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage)

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets across diverse European markets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing pan-European sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners throughout Europe.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
