Estimation Engineer

REQUIREMENTS

• Analytical abilities: Strong mathematical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings
• Software Proficiency : Experience with estimation software , MS Office ,MS excel and Cost X
• Technical Knowledge ; Deep understanding of construction of Materials , methods and local regulations
• Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize the costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience of minimum 2 – 3 yers required.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in handling large-scale projects, especially in the commercial or infrastructure domains, is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize cost estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process and enhance accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that clearly outline project scope, timelines, and budget requirements.
