Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 0 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or support-related roles (internships are welcome)
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems or internal tools is a plus, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams
  • Coordinate schedules, calendars, and meeting logistics
  • Assist with documentation, task tracking, and cross-functional follow-ups
  • Help maintain organized workflows and consistent operational procedures

Office & Process Coordination

  • Update and manage internal documents, trackers, and shared resources
  • Support onboarding activities for new team members, including coordination and documentation
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and records management
  • Contribute ideas to improve administrative workflows and operational efficiency

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for internal operational requests
  • Communicate professionally and effectively within remote teams
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on schedule

Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate information across internal systems and platforms
  • Support file organization, process tracking, and data management tasks
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance
