REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on e-commerce business experience in Dubai or the UAE market.
  • Deep knowledge of UAE consumer behavior, online shopping trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other paid social media platforms.
  • Proven ability to build and operate e-commerce stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Experience in payment gateway integration and order fulfillment logistics.
  • Strong understanding of product return management and loss recovery solutions.
  • Excellent business acumen, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver rapid results—demonstrated history of turning new product launches into profitable sales within 30 days.
  • Visa-ready candidates currently based in Dubai only.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Research & Launch:
  • Identify trending and profitable products for the Dubai/UAE market.
  • Develop a complete go-to-market plan and manage the entire product launch lifecycle.
  • Facebook & Social Media Advertising:
  • Create, launch, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Handle content creation, ad copy, targeting, and budget management.
  • E-commerce Store Management:
  • Build and maintain product pages on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Oversee the complete e-commerce process from order placement to delivery.
  • Payment & Order Management:
  • Integrate and manage payment gateways popular in the UAE (e.g., Network International, PayTabs, Tabby, etc.).
  • Coordinate with delivery partners for timely and safe delivery.
  • Customer Service & Returns:
  • Implement best practices for customer service management, including handling customer queries, managing returns, and processing refunds.
  • Develop and execute strategies to minimize losses and recover any order-related issues promptly.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs and ROI for all campaigns, analyze data, and present actionable insights to management weekly.
  • Drive rapid testing and optimization to achieve profitable results within one month.
  • Team Coordination & On-Site Presence:
  • Collaborate with other divisions (digital marketing, creative, development) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Work exclusively from our office; this is a full-time, on-site role (NO freelancers).
