Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business plans and engage in active listening.
  • Experience managing deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving projects to completion and managing competing priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to follow through on assignments.
  • In-depth knowledge of the distribution ecosystem.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales in and sales out through distributors.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners alongside Distributor BDMs.
  • Engage, support, and build relationships with channel partners to help expand pipeline and increase revenue.
  • Deepen relationships with distribution partners by leveraging expertise in our client’s technologies, products, and services via our client’s University.
  • Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute marketing campaigns for partners.
  • Develop and track business plans, measure outcomes weekly/monthly, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Oversee inventory, compliance, certification, targets, KPIs, and rebate planning.
  • Forecast sales activities weekly, including sales out, sales in, and unmanaged business.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, distributors, partners, and our client’s sales team.
