REQUIREMENTS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business plans and engage in active listening.
- Experience managing deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion and managing competing priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to follow through on assignments.
- In-depth knowledge of the distribution ecosystem.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive revenue growth by managing sales in and sales out through distributors.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners alongside Distributor BDMs.
- Engage, support, and build relationships with channel partners to help expand pipeline and increase revenue.
- Deepen relationships with distribution partners by leveraging expertise in our client’s technologies, products, and services via our client’s University.
- Collaborate with distributors to plan and execute marketing campaigns for partners.
- Develop and track business plans, measure outcomes weekly/monthly, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Oversee inventory, compliance, certification, targets, KPIs, and rebate planning.
- Forecast sales activities weekly, including sales out, sales in, and unmanaged business.
- Act as a liaison between customers, distributors, partners, and our client’s sales team.
