Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of professional dispatching experience (preferably in home trades like HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical).
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus.
  • Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage high-demand peak seasons.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty.
  • Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers to provide status updates.
  • Strategically plan the following day’s schedule with field supervisors to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between technicians and vendors for complex or multi-stage jobs.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide backup support for incoming service calls.
  • Utilize internal software (ServiceTitan) and Microsoft Office to track revenue goals and technician progress.
